GRE Registration

Students wishing to appear for the GRE test can register by phone, fax or through mail/courier. The students are requested to review the terms and conditions specified in the 2006-2007 GRE Information and Registration Bulletin before submitting for registration. Registration for the test is an indication that the student appearing for the GRE had had the opportunity to review, and agree to comply with, all the terms and conditions set forth in the 2006-2007 GRE Bulletin.

To register through phone the student should place his call to the Prometric center. It is required that the student registers at least three days prior to the test date. If the student wishes to register through fax, the student is required to fax his submission at least 7 day before the chosen test date. Students wishing to register themselves for the GRE through mail/courier should fill out the application and send it along with the draft of registration fee to the Prometric Center. The application should be submitted at least 3 weeks before the date chosen by the student to take the GRE test. Once the registration is complete The Prometric center would issue the appointment of the test date. The date, time and venue of the GRE test would reach the student at least 3 business days before the chosen test date. Incase of failure in receiving these details the students are requested to call the Sylvan office to verify their appointment.
